Athina Luxury Villa is a wonderful property, built on the highest point of Xamoudochori, a traditional village just 5 min. north of Maleme and 10 min. northwest of Platanias, the busiest tourist resort in Chania during summer.
Maleme and Platanias have beautiful beaches as well as many restaurants and shops. The nightlife is quite intense and constitutes a magnet for all those who love enjoying themselves until dawn.
Athina Villa has its own private pool, children's pool, playground and large garden offering a unique view to the ocean and to the surrounding vine yards and olive groves. The landscape is amazing.
The villa offers two bedrooms, an attic and a spacious living room accommodate up to seven persons. The villa is equipped with satellite Tv, dvd-player, cd-player, internet access, fax machine and telephone line for direct contact. While in the villa though, one can enjoy a unique sense of privacy and relaxation as the service is discreet and reliable.
In the two bathrooms you can find luxury toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and hair-drier, beach towels for the private pool. Also other services and facilities are offered to all guests.
Daily maid service is another advantage for all those who appreciate a little attention, as long as it remains discreet.
