Inside - The Ramblin' River Ranch Residence consists of two Separate and Entirely Private Dwellings which can be used either Independently or Conjunctively. These two units are: (1) The Upper Tri Level Spacious & Luxurious 3,000 sq. ft. 3 'R' Ranch House; and (2) the Lower Level 1,000 sq. ft. Cozy & Romantic 3 'R' Flathead Flat. The 3 'R' House and 3 'R' Flat can be rented either together to accommodate up to 26 guests (i.e. for Larger Groups, Family Reunions, Corporate or Group Retreats or Wedding Preparation & Celebrations etc.); OR they can be rented Separately to accommodate Couples, Smaller Families or Limited Groups. The 3 'R' Ranch House can sleep up to 16 guests while the 3 'R' Flathead Flat is perfect for parties of 2 to 6. Both the 3 'R' House and 3 'R' Flat are Beautifully Decorated, Very Comfortable and Quite Spacious yet Cozy. Each unit has its own Separate & Private Parking Area, Entry Way, Outdoor Cooking & Dinning Area (i.e. a Large Deck with a Gas Grill and furniture for the 3 'R' Ranch House and a Covered Patio with a Gas Grill & furniture for the 3 'R' Flathead Flat) as well as separate Pond-side Benches; Riverside Fire-Pit and Swing Set Areas. And all guests, whether staying in the 3 'R' House or the 3 'R' Flat, enjoy the same Peaceful Setting, Natural Beauty, Tremendous Views, Beautiful Water Resources and Tremendous Amenities that characterize Ramblin' River Ranch!
