Leading off to separate rooms on the main floor are the second bedroom and entertainment room (which is possible to convert to a third bedroom). Both rooms are air conditioned and feature a walkout to an enclosed garden. Upstairs is the master bedroom which is the main feature of the villa. Containing an ensuite bathroom, this large bedroom has a panoramic bay window which takes in a full picturesque outlook right from the bed. A walkout from the bedroom’s balcony features an outdoor whirlpool bathtub hidden under a gazebo with thatched roofing which also takes advantage of the breathtaking views.

Terms and conditions for Bophut View Villa 1:
• Minimum is 3 months rental. The tenant must pay 1 month cash deposit plus 3 months cash in advanced. If the tenant wish to stay longer, they will have to pay another 3 months in advanced again.
• For 1 year, the same 1 month cash deposit plus 3 months cash in advanced, the first month and for the last 2 months of stay.
• The tenant must give 1 month notice to continue or terminate the lease, otherwise they will loose the deposit.
• The villa is serviced once a week, the pool and garden is maintained in a regular schedule, additional maid service or other services is paid by the tenant
