The above RATES are:

In EURO per room per night and Non-Commissionable
Inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 persons, Deluxe Fruit Basket & Welcome Drinks and Cold Towel upon arrival.
Subject to service charge (10%) and prevailing government tax - value added tax (7.7 %)
Children 0- 2 yrs: Free of Charge, Baby cot complimentary
Children 2-12 yrs: Free of charge, if sharing existing bedding, EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
Minimum Stay Requirements: Between December 16, 2006 and January 15, 2008, a minimum of 7 (seven) consecutive
nights per booking is required.
Additional extra bed charges include breakfast for one.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

PEAK SEASON (16 DECEMBER -15 JANUARY)

For cancellations between 45 days -30 days prior to arrival, the Resort will charge 50% the total amount of the booking.
For cancellations 29 days or less prior to arrival, the Resort will charge 50% of the full amount of the booking.
NO SHOWS, the full amount of booking value will be charged.
EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged.
HIGH SEASON (1 NOVEMBER - 15 DECEMBER AND 16 JANUARY – 30 APRIL)

For cancellations between 29 -21days prior to arrival, the Resort will charge 50% of the total amount of the booking
For cancellations 20 days or less prior to arrival, the Resort will charge the full amount of the booking.
NO SHOWS, the full amount of booking value will be charged.
EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged.
LOW SEASON (1 MAY – 31 OCTOBER)

For cancellations between 14 days - 7 days prior to arrival, the Resort will charge 50% of the total amount of the booking.
For cancellations 6 days or less prior to arrival, the Resort will charge the full amount of the booking.
NO SHOWS, the full amount of booking value will be charged.
EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged.
TERMS OF PAYMENT

FULL PRE-PAYMENT PRIOR TO GUESTS’ ARRIVAL

A valid credit card is needed at time of booking. If you wish to pay directly to our Bank account please contact us for details.

REMARK: The “HOTEL” cannot accept bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of funds from the “Guest” account to the “HOTEL” account.

RATES
BYD Lofts has the absolute right, to change all rates at any time.

Jean Pierre's restaurant is a must; run by an expatriate chef who spent years training in a Michelin rated restaurant. The food is both aesthetically pleasing, utterly delicious and not priced over the top!
