Situated on a narrow section of the sub-tropical barrier island of Anna Maria, Villa Tuscany is literally just two minutes from the delights of both Anna Maria Sound and the spectacular white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
Newly constructed to the highest specifications in 2000, facilities include:

This character residence is beautifully appointed and provides everything you could ever need for a perfect island vacation.
Ground floor:
Decorative wrought iron main entrance gates lead into the brick paved drive and cloistered walkway. Lushly landscaped gardens containing a myriad of colorful tropical plants, palms, ficus trees and bougainvillea. The decorative pergola and planters around the house are spilling over with blooms. The integral garage has an electronic garage door opener. Access to the house is either via the main front entrance door, or via the garage into the ground floor hallway, with an oak & wrought iron staircase leading up to the living area.
From the entrance hallway another door leads out to the rear of the building, through a paved barbecue terrace then out to the sunbathing area and open air solar heated swimming pool.
The pool water has a low chlorine content because of the installation of ultra violet sterilization and is therefore kind to skin, hair and swimsuits, making it a pleasure to take leisurely swims in fresh, clear water.
Upper floor:
Light and glamorous open plan living area with comfortable sofas for relaxation and a limed oak dining table and chairs, color cable TV/VCR. Large glass slider doors open onto the Mexican saltillo tile balcony, with patio table & chairs and decorative mediterranean style balustrading, overlooking the pool and rear garden area.
Dining out at one of the many excellent restaurants on the island and the nearby mainland is going to be one of the pleasures of your vacation. Prices vary from just a few dollars for breakfast on the beach, right up to one of America's best listed restaurants. But if you are preparing a meal at Villa Tuscany, the kitchen is well equipped. Appliances in the kitchen are of excellent quality and include a full range (cooker) dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator & freezer, honey colored solid wood kitchen cabinets, equipped with everything you should need, ivory Corian worktops and a double sink with waste disposal. The separate laundry room contains a large washer & dryer.
Master Bedroom
The glamorous master bedroom suite has a queen size bed with a luxury pillow top mattress, topped by a beautiful floral designer quilt, pillows and cushions. A light limed wood finish headboard, chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror, and a second color cable TV complete the picture. There is a separate large closet to accommodate your luggage and clothes. The master bedroom has white classic style washbasin and toilet, separate shower with glass doors, jacuzzi style bathtub and marble tiles on the bath surround the floor.
Second bedroom
Comfortable queen size bed with pastel cotton mattelasse quilt. Color television. En-suite shower bathroom with classical white wash basin & toilet and ceramic tile floor.
Den
This extra room contains a large desk and chair plus bunk beds to accommodate an extra two people if necessary. French windows lead out to a wood deck/balcony.
Extra bathroom/Powder room
As the two bedrooms have bathrooms which are en-suite, we added an extra bathroom/powder room which is accessed from the living area, right next to the den. Useful for visitors, day time use, or if the den is in use as an extra bedroom.
Villa Tuscany has full, quiet central air conditioning and paddle fans in every room.
