Chateau guests can also use San Cove gazebo and beach area when San Cove is available (not currently booked).

SUMMER SEASON: April 15th through DECEMBER 14th the rate is U.S. $3074.50 per week, winter season DECEMBER 15th through April 14th the weekly rate is U.S. $3514.50 . COUPLES ONLY SPECIAL IS LESS U.S. $600.00 OFF LOWEST RATES. We request a 25% deposit for confirmation of reservations and balance due 35 days prior to arrival, more than 6 persons the cost is U.S. $200.00 each with a maximum of ten. Other villas also available for rental and/or sale.
