This is a luxury (freshly remodeled) condominium with one bedroom, one bath, and sleeps four with a king pillow top bed and a queen sleeper.
Our remodel process added beautiful smooth and cool travertine stone floors (Easy on the feet), all new cabinets, granite tile counters and reverse osmosis filtered water at the sink as well as the automatic ice maker.
From your fully furnished living room you can enjoy an ocean view of the islands of Maui and Kaho'olawe and the site of an ancient historical fishing pond. A twenty-four mile long barrier reef protects this area and offers wonderful snorkeling and kayaking.
Plumeria trees and gorgeous tropical flowerbeds abound everywhere you look. Step out onto your back lanai and stroll a hundred yards across a lush, manicured lawn to the ocean, the tennis courts, the custom tiled pool, the sheltered verandah or the barbeque area. You can pack light because you will find your accommodations equipped with tennis racquets and balls, a boogie board, beach chairs and towels, an ice chest, CD player and disks, VCR and movies, books, games, a blender, microwave, convection oven and so much more…just about anything you could dream of wanting or needing is already there. To the east and to the west enjoy historic, scenic walking experiences without driving anywhere.

What we love about this place
We love the beautiful grounds and view from our condo. Being on the ground floor allows us to walk right off of our lanai onto the grounds without having to go out of the back of the building, down the stairs and around the building to get to the pool, BBQ & ocean. The consistent gentle trade winds keep this area of the island less humid than any other condo facility location. We enjoy sitting out at the edge of the ocean at night and sipping a beverage as we watch the lights of Maui twinkle 8 miles away across the channel. The air is so clear that the night sky is equivalent to being at 10,000 ft on the mainland.
