Any Closer to Disney and You'll Need a Park Pass! This is a very popular home because it has the features experienced visitors value the most! Just 3 traffic signals from Disney!

The 6BR/3.5Bath house features a south-facing pool (a "must" so you're not swimming in the shade much of the day), a forest preserve behind the house instead of another home facing you, and two master suites, so more privacy for the adults in the group.

Two of the bedrooms are decorated just for the kids with twin beds and a Disney theme. There is a free crib and high chair (many places make you rent them), a gas BBQ by the pool (again usually a rental), and we have enough indoor table seating for 14 people to eat inside at the same time (it does rain sometimes). The villa is kid-friendly with a PlayStation 2, videos, and games.

Located in the gated community of Emerald Island Resort, you and your guests would have full rights to use the Clubhouse which includes free use of a sauna, exercise room, internet-connected computers, playground, volleyball court and nature trails. There's even a games room for the kids.

Normal cleaning of the home after your departure is included. A full set of linens, towels, kitchenware is in the home. The management company is close-by, and is available to help you, including 24/hrs-day for any emergency.
